IDP Labs was incorporated in the State of New York on Feb. 6th 1997. The company was formed to manufacture superior products and try to reduce the cost of maintenance for its customers. It has been successful in achieving its goals, and today is sold nationally in the US, Canada, and Europe. IDP is a privately held Corporation.
